Intermodal Dispatch & Terminal Manager

Location : Cleveland, OH

Job Type : Full-Time

We are an established intermodal trucking company seeking a self-motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Dispatch & Terminal Manager at our Cleveland terminal. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow with our company and make a meaningful impact on terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily dispatch operations for intermodal trucking.

Recruit, onboard, and coordinate with drivers.

Oversee safety compliance and ensure adherence to company policies.

Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Maintain accurate scheduling, load assignments, and documentation.

Assist in growing the Cleveland terminal and driving operational efficiency.

Handle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

Previous dispatch and / or management experience in the intermodal trucking industry .

Experience in driver recruiting and safety management is highly preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in computer systems and dispatch-related software.

Customer or truck following is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay : $40,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
