Applicants for the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A background in strategy consulting, particularly with experience in the business services, outsourcing, or IT services market, is essential. The role requires a candidate with 3-5 years' experience in a strategy consulting firm, having reached a team manager level, and a proven track record of developing and evaluating strategies.
