Shift :

Primary : Nights – 3x12-hour shifts (19 : 00–07 : 30)

Alternate : Days – 3x12-hour shifts (07 : 00–19 : 30)

Assignment Details : Duration : 14 weeks

Hours per Week : 36 hours

Shift Type : Variable (Days / Nights)

Float Requirement : Must be willing to float to Med / Surg, Tele, and IMC units as needed; may occasionally float to the Emergency Department.

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend (EOW)

Facility & Unit Information :

Location : Dickinson County Healthcare

Unit Type : ICU / IMC

Notes : ICU nurses monitor telemetry for the entire hospital.

Systems Used : Paragon / Allscripts for acute care; T-System for Emergency Department.

Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR) : Required, with utilization of AIDET and hourly rounding across all RN units.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience

Certifications : BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred

Licensure : Active Michigan RN license
