About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Cybersecurity to lead its cybersecurity initiatives. In this critical role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy to protect digital assets, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization's growth objectives. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing an enterprise-wide information security strategy, conducting thorough risk assessments, and overseeing security operations such as monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response.

As the ideal candidate, you will also manage vendor security risks, advocate for security awareness across the organization, and stay informed about emerging threats to recommend cutting-edge security tools and technologies.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in telecommunications, broadband, or other highly regulated IT sectors, including at least 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership role. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and a strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and operations are crucial. Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to report on the cybersecurity program's performance to executive leadership.
