Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Empower Young Lives Through Purposeful Play and Personalized Care

Join our dynamic Pediatric Rehabilitation Services team as an Occupational Therapist, where you'll make a lasting impact on children from birth to 18 years old. In this outpatient role, you'll deliver and oversee individualized therapy services designed to help each child reach their fullest potential-physically, emotionally, and developmentally.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and crafting tailored treatment plans
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to maximize functional outcomes
  • Reassessing progress and guiding discharge planning
  • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and partnering closely with families and caregivers

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree : Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience
