Position Summary

Provides administrative and clerical support to vice presidents, assisting with daily operations, special projects, and general office duties. This position offers an opportunity to develop professional skills in a higher education environment. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.

Essential Job Functions

(100%) Administrative & Clerical Support

• Assist with preparing meeting materials and setting up conference rooms.
• Perform data entry and manage files (both electronic and paper).
• Support event planning and logistics for meetings, workshops, and campus events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
• Assist with special projects and research as assigned.
• Perform other administrative duties to support the Vice President's office.
