Candidate Profile :

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
• Bar Admission in Florida .
• 3+ years of substantive experience in broad and sophisticated real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, and development projects.
• Additional experience in borrower-side finance is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated large law firm experience , with exceptional writing and communication skills.
