Project Overview
The client is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow engineer or design consultant with deep experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) . This person will work directly with the client manage project activities guide and challenge the offshore team and support a large-scale ServiceNow deployment.
This is an immediate 3 6 month project with potential for conversion to a full-time or long-term role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement SAM and HAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Provide documentation training and client-facing guidance
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to support a large-scale rollout
- Apply any AI development experience within ServiceNow using the Pro Plus framework (if applicable)
