Overview
We’re looking for a Data & Audience Specialist to join our CRM Operations team within Owned Marketing at 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc.
This role is a hybrid of technical and analytical expertise — responsible for transforming customer data into actionable, personalized marketing audiences. You’ll help build the foundation for data-driven marketing across our brands and ensure our audience logic, data pipelines, and segmentation frameworks are accurate, scalable, and compliant.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and validate marketing audiences across email, SMS, and push channels using data from Snowflake and marketing platforms (ESP, CDP).
- Translate business and lifecycle marketing strategies into technical audience logic with inclusion / exclusion criteria and suppression rules.
- Partner cross-functionally with CRM Strategy, Campaign Operations, and Data Governance to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Perform data QA and validation to ensure segmentation accuracy and data integrity.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze audience data.
- Monitor data feeds and integration health between Snowflake, CDP, and ESP systems.
- Support data governance standards and ensure privacy compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CCPA).
- Surface insights on audience overlap, engagement, and opportunities for optimization.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in CRM Operations, Data Analytics, or Marketing Technology.Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets (Snowflake preferred).Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Braze, Simon Data, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Understanding of data governance, schema relationships, and customer data architecture.Working knowledge of HTML / CSS for email QA or rendering standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail .Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data concepts into business terms.Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally.Preferred
Experience with data integration tools (Hightouch, Census) and audience orchestration.Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI .Background supporting multi-brand or large-scale marketing organizations.Why Join Us

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 yearly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
