We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in our Service department. Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for our service team
  • Collaborate with the service team to develop effective strategies for business development
  • Utilize software systems to manage customer information, track leads, and monitor service activities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our products and services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support
  • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet projected targeted goals
  • Proficiency in using software systems for data management and reporting
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively
