LOP Intake Referral Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented LOP Intake Referral Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and processing Letters of Protection (LOPs) for guests referred by personal injury attorneys, ensuring accurate intake, documentation, and communication between patients, medical providers, and legal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of personal injury workflows, and the ability to manage high volumes of patient data efficiently and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all new personal injury referrals under a Letter of Protection.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, attorney information, and case documentation during the intake process.
• Review and validate LOP agreements from law firms; ensure all necessary documents are on file prior to treatment.
• Communicate with guest care to ensure timely scheduling of new guests
• Enter and update patient records in the EMR system
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of all patient and legal documents.
• Follow up on outstanding referrals or case milestones as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to guests navigating treatment under LOP agreements.
• Assist with LOP records requests
