Why This Role Matters :
As the first point of contact for our office and customers, the Customer Experience Ambassador sets the tone for every interaction - creating a lasting, positive impression that reflects our brand and values. This role bridges customer service and sales support, ensuring visitors, clients, and team members feel valued and connected. You'll play a key part in strengthening customer relationships, supporting the sales team, and maintaining an energetic, customer-focused environment that keeps our business moving forward.
Responsibilities :
Be the welcoming face and voice of our company - greet visitors warmly and ensure each guest, vendor, and customer enjoys a professional, positive experience
Support the sales team by fielding initial customer inquiries, routing leads, and helping ensure timely follow-up
Manage front desk operations including answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining communication logs
Assist with coordinating meetings and onsite visits to ensure smooth experiences
Organize and track customer materials, invoices, and related documentation in collaboration with internal departments
Help plan and support internal engagement events that strengthen company culture and team connection
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and customer experience area
Qualifications :
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills - articulate, professional, and approachable in person, over the phone, and in writing
Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or sales support preferred
Professional discretion and reliability when handling sensitive information
