Greater Denver Metro Area (in-person, with hybrid schedule available after training)

$52,000 – $75,500 base + $10,000–$20,000 in annual bonus / commission potential + full benefits

Our client, a leading independent insurance group ranked among the fastest-growing agencies nationwide, is seeking a Bilingual Personal Lines Consultant to support and train agency partners on personal lines products, systems, and strategies. What You'll Do

• Train and support independent agents on personal lines products, carrier appetites, quoting platforms, and underwriting guidelines.
• Provide hands-on coaching in areas such as prospecting, quoting, issuing, and servicing personal lines policies.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and virtual programs to help agents improve retention, cross-selling, and profitability.
• Partner with assigned agencies to assess performance, identify gaps, and create growth strategies.
• Act as a trusted consultant to agents—guiding them through business planning, carrier relations, and best practices.
• Track agent performance and provide actionable feedback to help them meet or exceed production goals.
• Build strong relationships with carrier partners and stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations.
