Role Description

This is a full-time position. for an RN Hospice Nurse

The office is located in Somerville, NJ. The RN Hospice Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the patient's comfort through skilled nursing care and pain management. The role also involves regular communication with families and caregivers to provide education and emotional support.

Qualifications

Good clinical acumen.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Relevant experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus
• Current RN license in New Jersey
