Overview

APeX Patient Access Application Analyst Cadence at UCSF Health. This role focuses on supporting, configuring, and optimizing Epics Cadence module with emphasis on scheduling, referrals, and self-scheduling workflows. The candidate should have hands-on Cadence build and support experience, along with expertise in referral management and patient self-scheduling, with strong preference for experience supporting or building Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Cadence module, including scheduling, referrals, and self-scheduling workflows.
• Design, implement, and maintain application components; develop workflows and decision trees; validate conversion data; perform testing and analyze impact of new Epic releases.
• Identify integrated system needs, resolve cross-application issues, and support improvements to the patient access experience; collaborate across integrated Epic applications.
