Process & Application Lead V

Description : Our client is currently seeking a Process & Application Lead V

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance Solutions Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of high-quality SAP-enabled solutions within the Finance workstream. This role will focus on SAP S / 4 HANA and related applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards in a cloud-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SAP Finance solutions including SAP S / 4 HANA, MDG, BW4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and certified applications such as Blackline, OneSource Global Next, OpenText VIM, Taulia, and Finance4U.
• Collaborate with System Integrators using hybrid Agile methodologies (POD-based sprint planning) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint activities across multiple workstreams; review and map features to user stories and epics.
• Review and provide feedback on technical documentation including FSDs, TSDs, BCDs, PDDs, and BPPs.
• Ensure solution design integrity and traceability to business requirements.
• Lead technical architecture reviews and contribute to governance processes with thought leadership.
• Validate SAP S / 4 build configurations against business documentation; assist with configuration and documentation.
• Review and approve development objects (RICEFWs) ensuring compliance with architecture principles and standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting scope, schedule, and resources.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Performance, Regression), mock cutovers, and deployment activities.
• Provide hypercare support post go-live and facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams.
