Loan Administrator

Although listed as a position at our Main Bank in Quinton, there is some flexibility available in terms of the branch location, with the possibility that the employee could potentially office at Quinton or Red Oak.

The general responsibilities and duties of a Loan Administrator include, but are not limited to :

• Input and balancing of new loans.
• Review loan documentation for compliance with regulatory and bank policy requirements.
• Create and maintain credit file documentation - history records, filing, purging and releasing documentation as necessary.
• Administration of property insurance policies, tickler systems and notices, including blanket bond coverage for force placed insurance administration.
• Administration of financial information requirements, tickler systems and notices.
• Administration of lacking documentation follow-up.
• Assist with credit life insurance balancing and preparation of credit life reports each month.
• Review and verify new loans and loan maintenance.
• Review advance maturity, past due and adjustable interest rate notices.
• Process UCC-1, lien entries, EFS documents and UCC-1 continuations.
• Loan Payment Coupon orders.
• Loan customer service - assist employees and customers.
• Update index interest rates.
• Charge-off Loan Processing.
• SBA 1502 and FSA Guaranteed loan reporting requirements.
• Preparation of all required board loan reporting.
• VSI monthly reporting.
• Assist with loan loss reserve adequacy testing and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining internally and externally classified loan lists and reporting.
• Assist in preparation of the loan sections of the CALL report.
• Assist in maintaining adequate records as required by regulatory examiners.
• Assist in maintaining adequate records as required by the bank's CPA / Auditor.
• Assist in annual IRS reporting requirements.
• Prepare loan-related account audits as required by the internal control policy.
• Image and index loan documents (new and incoming maintenance documents)
• Assist with phones as needed.
• Assist with Teller duties as needed.

Any other tasks or assignments as directed by supervisors or senior officers.
