The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing contract and subcontract activity as directed by the Director of Contracts. This includes support for development of proposals, negotiations, award activities, file maintenance, administration, closeout, training, and compliance. The role ensures all contracting activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, while supporting strategic business goals, mitigation of risks, and maintaining positive collaborative relationships with customers and partners while managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed appropriately. The Contracts Manager will report directly to the Company Director of Contracts. The position level (Entry, Mid, Senior) will depend on the person's time working with contracts / subcontracts and experience. The ideal candidate must be able to independently perform management and administrative tasks as outlined below.
