Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machinists for projects located in the Sheboygan Falls, WI area . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $37 / hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope :

Program, set up, and run a variety of Mazak machines to manufacture custom parts

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and routing documents

Check all dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, gauge blocks, height gauges)

Safely operate overhead cranes to lift and position large materials

Plan and execute efficient machining operations

Maintain cleanliness and proper function of machine shop equipment

Perform routine machine maintenance

Help develop and document more efficient machining procedures

Deburr parts during available time

Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of CNC Machinist experience
• Mazak horizontal and vertical milling center experience
• Must have experience programming and editing programs
• Job shop experience
• Mathematical skills that require the ability to add subtract multiply divide and perform geometrics
• Must be able to perform metric conversions
• Must have strong working knowledge of Mazatrol or other machine software
