In this critical role, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex commercial HVAC systems, as well as serving as a knowledgeable resource to clients on-site.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and associated equipment at client locations.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and effectively communicate with clients regarding necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Establish and nurture positive, professional relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and confidence in services provided.
