Senior Estimator – Heavy Civil Construction | Baltimore, MD

The Role :

Reporting to the VP of Estimating, the Senior Estimator will help lead a skilled team and prepare accurate, competitive bids for public and private heavy civil projects. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Baltimore, MD, with projects located within about an hour of the city.

What You’ll Bring :

• 7–15 years of estimating experience in site development, highway, or infrastructure construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Proficiency with HeavyBid or similar software
• Desire to contribute to team development and business growth
