Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Quality, Safety, and Value

Base pay range : $160,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Make a difference in our community! We are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Quality, Safety, and Value to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, safety, and value of our medical services. You will work with our CMO to provide strong, effective and inspired medical leadership for medical providers. You will work closely with our senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. Your expertise in value-based healthcare, quality and safety will be critical in driving our organization towards excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality, safety, and value of our medical services
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure that our organization is meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Lead and manage teams responsible for quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
• Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards quality and safety goals
