Job descriptionExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic computer skills for order processing and data entry Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Customer Service Representative
