This position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities :

Responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing documents into the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Organizes and maintains health information records.

Reviews pre-electronic medical record (EMR) and electronic chart documentation ensuring correct patient, location, and no duplicate information.

Manages requests for documentation and information.

Locates, logs, retrieves, files, and delivers medical records stored in various mediums and systems.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age OR older

Ability to work full time onsite at N17W24100 Riverwood Dr Waukesha, WI 53188

Ability to work 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday.

Preferred Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in Health Information Management

Medical terminology experience

Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
