Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and results-driven HR Manager & Recruiter to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition and perform a variety of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a crucial link between management and employees, ensuring our recruitment processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruiting plans.
  • Design and update engaging job descriptions and post openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and networking techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Drive recruitment outcomes by setting clear goals, tracking key metrics, and continuously improving processes to meet hiring targets.

Human Resources Management :

  • Provide professional advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS and ATS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Experience : Typically 10+ years of proven experience in human resources and full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge : Solid understanding of HR best practices, human resources metrics, and employment laws / regulations.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities; adept at multitasking and prioritizing projects effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience with specific HR software (e.g., ADP ).
  • Experience with social media recruiting techniques.
