Non-Trading Market Risk Transformation - SVP
The Non-Traded Market Risk (NTMR) Transformation team within the Treasury organization works closely with stakeholders to drive day to day progress on the NTMR Transformation book of work to ensure on-time delivery through well governed execution that addresses the root cause of challenges and advancement towards the NTMR Target State. The team collaborates with stakeholders across NTMR, Treasury Transformation, other Finance teams and 2nd and 3rd Line review teams in order to achieve our objectives.
The Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team / project.
Responsibilities :
- Drive execution efforts in the NTMR Transformation book of work to on-time completion
- Engage with various stakeholders across Treasury and Citi to ensure project objectives are met and all required governance and oversight requirements are met
- Execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneously
- Proactively manage potential challenges to avoid developing into risks or issues
- Produce and communicate status reports for Senior Management and Regulatory reviews
- Engage with Finance COO and other internal stakeholders with regards to NTMR Transformation efforts
- Engage with IA on NTMR related audits and transformation efforts
- Identify processes for improvement and participate in process reengineering efforts
- Utilize standard reporting processes
Qualifications :
Consulting or Project / Program Management experience in the financial services industry is required, including 10+ years of Project / Program ManagementExemplary written and oral communication skills required ability to synthesize key messages and "storytell".Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior ManagementAbility to see the "big picture" without losing attention to detailStrong influencing, facilitation, and partnering skillsIn-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be requiredIndividual should be flexible, team-oriented, have good follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and dissect / solve complex problemsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointThe candidate must be able to work with teams as well as independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
