This role is for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician at a community health center in rural Appalachia. A full-time Family or Internal Med Physician to be a part of a faith-based, community health center in rural Appalachia. Our prayer is for a provider who will come alongside of us in meeting the medical needs of our community.

Position Details :

• Compensation : $220,000 / year for a 40-hour workweek
• Benefits : Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage; 40 paid days off annually; $2,500 for CME; 4% retirement contribution; FTCA malpractice coverage
• Additional Perks : No call responsibilities, eligibility for NHSC Scholar and Loan Repayment programs due to high HPSA scores (20 for Medical, 21 for Mental Health, 25 for Dental)
• Work Environment : Join a dedicated team providing comprehensive outpatient care, including OB, behavioral health, substance use disorder services, and general dentistry, with five clinics in the Appalachian Mountains, close to Knoxville and Lexington.
