Electrical Maintenance Technician As an Electrical Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for completing preventative maintenance and responding to emergency needs related to plant electrical issues. This role will also complete weekly, monthly, and annual inspections of facility electrical equipment and perform basic maintenance on plant fire systems and related equipment.

Essential Functions & Requirements :

Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times

Maintains all facility sensors, probes, control loops and electrical systems to support operations

Performs scheduled preventative maintenance and weekly, monthly and annual inspections

Maintains necessary logs and records of maintenance work completed or scheduled to be completed

Performs emergency repairs as needed to ensure continuous operations within the facility

Works in conjunction with Operations personnel to ensure alignment on maintenance initiatives and equipment needs

Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Associates degree in electrical engineering (preferred)

Experience :

• 3+ years of electrical and electronics / instrumentation experience within an industrial or chemical processing facility (required)

Competencies :

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and associated codes

Foundational understanding of OSHA, EPA, RCRA and DOT regulations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
