Key Responsibilities
Drive contract execution by managing communication with landowners to finalize agreements
Provide support as the primary contact for administrative and contract-related inquiries during the onboarding process
Manage the lifecycle of agreements by drafting, distributing, and tracking landowner contracts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in administrative operations with high-volume external communication
Proficiency with contract management platforms and CRM tools
Experience with property titles, deeds, or timber deeds is a significant plus
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
Passion for forestry, climate change, or regenerative land management
