Position Summary :
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is a key role for a licensed professional who brings strong clinical expertise, team leadership skills, and a passion for helping others heal. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical services, supporting staff development, and ensuring that our care meets the highest standards of ethics, effectiveness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day supervision and support for clinical staff, ensuring quality, compassionate care is delivered to all clientsReview and assist in developing individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices and client needsConduct regular supervision sessions, performance evaluations, and ongoing training for clinical team membersMonitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and state regulationsCollaborate closely with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated client careLead the clinical response during client crises, ensuring safety protocols and appropriate interventions are followedMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and clinical best practices, and guide team in meeting those expectationsQualifications :
Bachelors degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health fieldCurrent licensure in Pennsylvania (preferred but not required)Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in substance use treatmentPrevious supervisory or leadership experience in a behavioral health or residential treatment settingStrong understanding of addiction treatment models including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed careExcellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead and inspire a teamProficient in clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planningHigh ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentialityWhat We Offer :
