Delivery Supervisor

Salary - $65,000 - $75,000 DOE plus bonus potential

• Up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off Annually to start (13 days)
• $1,000 Aiea Delivery Bonus (Paid at successful completion of 30 & 120 days of employment)
• $500 Sign-On Bonus (Paid at successful completion of 60 days of employment)
• $500 Retention Bonuses (Paid at successful completion of 6-month & 12-month of employment)

Job Description

This position directly supervises assigned delivery staff and includes training, planning, informing, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems through superior leadership.
