Minnesota Licensed Replevin Specialist

A company is looking for a Replevin Specialist to assist customers with auto loan payment issues.

Key Responsibilities

Contact auto loan customers regarding late or missed payments and negotiate payment arrangements

Evaluate accounts to find solutions that prevent repossession and document all accounts accurately

Collaborate with external counsel on Replevin cases and ensure compliance with legal standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry preferred

Strong knowledge of repossession and Replevin action requirements

Experience with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required

Ability to make decisions related to Replevin actions and unique collections cases
