POSITION SUMMARY

Provides support in the achievement of organization wide strategic goals. Achieves gain sharing targets. Follows EAMC standards of behavior for leadership. Achieves technical and / or operational competencies in functional area. Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

Associates degree in Nursing

Minimum Experience

Management experience

Required Registration / License / Certification

BLS obtained within 90 days of hire

ACLS within 12 months of DOH / Transfer.

Registered Nursing License.

Completion of National EKG Certification within one year of hire.

Preferred Education

Bachelors degree in Nursing

Preferred Experience

3 to 5 years of managerial experience in functional area.

Preferred Registration / License / Certification

National EKG Certification
