Registered Veterinary Technician (Surgery) – SAGE Concord Full-Time (4 / 10s or 3 / 12s Schedule)

Compensation : $30–$40 / hour

As a Surgery RVT, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality surgical care to our patients. You'll work alongside board-certified surgeons and highly skilled veterinary professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Preoperative Care : Prepare surgical suites assist with patient preparation.
• Anesthesia : Administer, monitor, and adjust anesthesia during procedures, ensuring patient safety.
• Surgical Assistance : Assist surgeons by providing instruments, maintaining aseptic technique, and anticipating needs.
• Postoperative Care : Monitor patient recovery, administer medications, maintain accurate medical records.
• Radiography : Capture and process diagnostic X-rays as needed for surgical procedures.
• Equipment Maintenance : Clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical equipment and instruments.
• Client Communication : Provide clear, compassionate guidance on postoperative care and home recovery instructions.
• Emergency Response : Assist with emergency surgical procedures when needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
