Staff members work together in a collaborative setting to provide quality patient care. Patient ratios are typically 4 : 1 with flexibility during peak times. The unit is equipped with advanced tools and technology, including ultrasound and IV equipment. Common patient scenarios include trauma, stroke, and multiple comorbidities. Staff is expected to adapt quickly and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a desire to help and care for patients. The role involves following established protocols for medical assessment and interventions. Weekend shifts are required, with every other weekend for contract labor.
