As the IT Sales Analytics Manager , your role will involve overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the IT Sales and Marketing, Data and Business Analytic and B2B portal services. You will be managing a team of IT professionals and third-party consultants to ensure the system meets business requirements and to provide seamless service delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.

Work Experience & Education :
BackgroundBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT, of which 5+ years in people management roleExperience in Logistic / Freight Forwarding industry is a plusGeneral CompetenciesIT Project / Program Management (Practical experiences of SCRUM / PMP applications)
