Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Berlin, New Jersey, and requires a detail-oriented individual with substantial experience in managing financial records and processes. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in QuickBooks and demonstrate expertise in areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain detailed financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize QuickBooks to process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Allocate expenses and revenues across appropriate accounts to support financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure they reflect accurate financial information.
- Assist in monitoring budgets and providing reports on financial performance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records through thorough analysis and investigation.
- Collaborate with management to ensure all financial data aligns with organizational goals and requirements.
- Maintain documentation for financial transactions and ensure all records are organized and up to date.
Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping roles.Strong proficiency in QuickBooks software, including advanced features.Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Excellent analytical skills to manage and allocate financial data accurately.Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements and reports.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is preferred.
