Job Details – OR Tech Travel Assignment

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1750 - $1790

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (November 30, 2025 – February 28, 2026)

Shift : 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week (4x10s), plus weekend call (5-6 call shifts in a 6-week period)

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Healthcare Setting : Hospital Operating Room – Allied Health Unit

Electronic Medical Record : Epic EMR

Scrubs : Provided by hospital

Qualifications – Surgical Scrub Technician

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) Tech experience required

Prior travel healthcare experience required

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred

BLS certification required

Extensive experience with Total Joint and Orthopedic surgical procedures required

Experience with Ortho, Gyn, Robotic, Urology, General, ENT, and Ortho spine surgeries

Strong teamwork, motivation, and task management skills

Must comply with a 200-mile radius rule

Assist in elective and emergent surgical procedures as a Surgical Scrub Technician

Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments

Support surgeons and the operating room team during procedures, with a focus on orthopedic and total joint cases

Participate in weekend call rotation as scheduled

Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to support the department as needed

Document procedures and patient information accurately in Epic EMR
