Guest Services Representative

Our client, a global leader in the legal industry, is seeking a Guest Services Representative for a 3+ month onsite contract located in Boston. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 7 : 00 a.m.-3 : 00 p.m. (35 hours / week), with pay at $23.50 / hour. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a polished, professional, and welcoming environment while supporting daily office and conference operations. Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and direct clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route incoming calls via the main switchboard.
• Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and catering / AV needs.
• Register and monitor visitor access through building security systems.
• Maintain orderly and well-stocked reception and meeting areas.
• Collaborate with facilities and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
