This is a remote position.

Join George Wall Construction as a Data Entry Analyst in a fully remote capacity. This remote role enables you to work from your home office while supporting both remote data workflows and on-site operations. You will analyze, maintain and manage data originating from remote team members, field operations and administrative units. Your remote work will help ensure accurate, actionable insights across our construction operations and remote support systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform complex data entry and analysis from your remote workspace, supporting remote operations and on-site teams.

Validate, clean and reconcile data from remote sources, ensuring consistency and quality across remote systems.

Develop remote dashboards, metrics and reports that support decision-making for both remote and on-site stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with remote and field-based staff to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Maintain and manage remote data archiving, version control and documentation for remote accessibility and on-site needs.

Identify opportunities to improve remote data collection, entry and analysis processes and implement remote-friendly workflows and tools.

Provide remote support for audits, quality checks and compliance reviews, ensuring all remote and on-site data is accurate and readily accessible.

Support remote training and documentation for other remote team members to ensure consistency in data entry practices and workflows.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in data analytics, business administration or related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or administrative support roles—remote work experience a strong plus.

Proficiency with spreadsheet software, databases and document management tools; comfortable working remotely and interacting with remote team members.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.

Ability to work from a home office with reliable internet and disciplined remote work habits.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to collaborate with remote and on-site teams.

Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working in a remote role with minimal supervision.

Understanding of data confidentiality, version control and remote data-entry best practices.

Requirements
