About the Role
Bright Machines is on a mission to transform how electronics are made—bringing intelligence, scalability, and flexibility to the factory floor. We combine the best of automation, machine learning, and software to modernize manufacturing from the ground up.
We are seeking a results‑driven Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead end‑to‑end engineering activities related to production readiness, continuous improvement, and product industrialization at our electronics manufacturing site. This role integrates responsibilities across Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering support, and New Product Introduction (NPI) for complex server and rack‑level systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership capability, and experience scaling high‑complexity electronics manufacturing operations, including automation.
