About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Manager to manage and optimize our inventory processes. This role involves tracking inventory levels, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with various departments to maintain efficient operations.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $60k / yr - $80k / yr

Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee inventory tracking and control, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile metrics.
• Analyze inventory levels and prepare reports for management.
• Support shipping and receiving functions, including verifying deliveries and processing paperwork.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse conditions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Update inventory management systems in real time.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
