Key Responsibilities
Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
Understand and document the nature of the member's distress while ensuring their immediate safety
Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
