Direct Hire Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Salary : 65-75k + bonus

Industry- Medical device, privately held, about 700ee globally with 285ee in US and Canada, 4 in HR

Hours- Full-time

Location- Marlborough, MA (right off 495)

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Must haves :

• Associate or Bachelor degree
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Intermediate Excel (for reporting)

Job Description :

The Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of payroll and administration of employee benefits. You will serve as a key contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits questions and works with HR, Finance and vendors to maintain compliance and support the wider HR team and business.
