Software Developer Advisor - Salesforce

Provide leadership and initiative in a team environment and ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software.

Essential Functions

• Leads the resolution of complex problems.
• Provides the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle.
• Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities.
• Mentors development of those in less senior positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information systems and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR

Formal completion of a bootcamp certification and two years work experience in operations, business or technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR

Bachelor's degree and formal completion of a bootcamp certification and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR

Bachelor's degree and two years work experience in technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment.

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

General knowledge of hardware, software, and network.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce developer with hands?on experience with objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows. Proficient in Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools; adept with integrations using APIs and ETL tools. The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN; however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States based on business need.
