Position Title : Senior Software Engineer

Location : Hybrid - New York City or San Francisco

Employment Type : Full-Time

Overview : We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a modern SaaS platform that powers essential real-world industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex, high-impact products from concept through deployment, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver solutions that customers truly value.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development of major product features across both frontend interfaces and backend services

Architect scalable infrastructure and modular systems to support rapid growth

Translate user needs into technical designs and product features through close collaboration with cross-functional teams

Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability

Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with a customer-first mindset

Qualifications :

4-10 years of experience as a fullstack engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

Strong computer science fundamentals and a degree from a top engineering program

Proven track record of leading development for large-scale, technically challenging products

Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, React Native) and backend frameworks (Node.js / Express, MongoDB)

Deep understanding of user-centered design and product development

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable making independent decisions in dynamic, fast-evolving environments

Comp band ranges from $190k - $275k based on YoE and interview performance.

Experienced full stack engineer (4-10 years) with a top-tier school Computer Science degree, strong technical fundamentals, and balanced expertise in frontend UIs and backend APIs. Proven track record leading complex product development in high-caliber B2B SaaS teams, ideally with both FAANG training and startup experience. Highly product- and user-focused, with strong communication skills, a founder's mindset, and the ability to make independent decisions in fast-moving, uncertain environments.
