What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the healthcare location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site and Allied Universal procedures.Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining a professional presence.Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed during emergency and / or incident response situations.What We're Looking For :
