Landscape Maintenance Team Member

We are currently seeking experienced gardeners or landscape maintenance techs to join our team of experienced and knowledgeable landscape professionals. Our Maintenance Team Members are hardworking, dedicated and passionate about what they do. They are on site every day and contribute to the long-term success of every client site. We are looking for both permanent full-time and seasonal full-time staff to work with a team of skilled people, in a company with an inclusive and close-knit culture. Responsibilities :

• Works with Maintenance Team Leads to execute daily landscape maintenance duties
• Actively seeks to learn and embrace organic maintenance methods
• Can comfortably take direction from Team leads, Senior Team Leads or Maintenance Project Managers
• Assists in promoting a culture of safety and quality at all times
• Operates small machinery and hand tools and is aware of the safety methods for operation. Utilizes PPE as needed during operation of equipment
• Listens to direction regarding daily tasks, protects and maintains the landscapes following horticultural best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Pay range $24.96-$30.00 per hour

Schedule : 6 : 30 a.m.-3 : 00 p.m.
