Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager based out of our Manchester office.
The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. Create a schedule that works for you: Full time and Part time hours available. Pay=$39.00-$44.00 per hour Job Requirements

• Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Valid nursing license in the state of NH
• 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Recent wound care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
