Global Quality Trainer

A company is looking for a Global Quality Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth

Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with leaders to create targeted learning solutions

Facilitate training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs

Required Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field

Significant experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs

Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and develop training materials

Experience with Quality oversight and training based on audit findings

Previous monitoring experience; Lead CRA or PM experience preferred
